Staff was very wonderful, prompt, and helpful! My rental experience was a walk-in. I tried to arrange over the phone but the agents kept disconnecting my call. The staff at this location however were friendly and very professional. Young lady greeted me as I came, which I liked
Car was nice and clean, but my price on internet was different than price at pick-up. Online had nothing about drop off location price. Location told me they would be losing a car and I was in South Carolina and car was from Florida. I wasn’t happy with the deal and will affect my choice of rental place in future.
When my vehicle broke down near Walterboro, AAA driver suggested Enterprise while my vehicle was being repaired. They picked me up brought me to the office, Chris, the assistant manager was great. Got me the vehicle I needed, and on the return, took me back to my repaired vehicle. Turned bummer into good experience.
I had a very positive experience. The workers were helpful and my car was ready when I needed it. My refund was also returned timely.
