Doctor Thompkins is personable and friendly. More importantly, he has the analytical mind of an engineer and logically identifies and corrects maladies surprisingly quickly. I trust him and his diagnoses wholeheartedly.
They listen. They care. The dr's are very attentive.to their patients needs and that's rare these days! I absolutely five the the highest rating...plus 1.

I use to see Dr Johnson. I have went to him since I was a baby. He retired and Dr. Tompkins took over for him. I would not go anywhere else. He listens to what you have to say. He don't push pills on you. He orders what test may be needed. He is a down to earth dr.
I rate this medical facility 5 stars.my Dr retired so I ask our friends for referral great doctor like my husband and I had!!! They said yes DR MICHAEL SMITH with Walterboro Family practice!! I said ok we will go there. We went he is just as great as our doctor was ;he knows what he is doing !!!! My husband had been crushed by terrible accident flew In helicopter from one hospital to trauma unit . Dr Smith treated him with sincere kindness& is very thorough, & my husband is very thorough himself on reviewing someone's work abilities he has been a supervisor over several employees so you have to be !He said I am so glad they referred Dr Michael Smith he is a excellent doctor he knows what he's doimg he listens to your medical problem & assess what's the best treatment for you!!So that speaks for itself!!! He even has X- ray etc. In my husband line of work you need a gooooood doctor!!! well I'm his wife & I'm always being active myself I play sports growing up & still like to as an adult!! Also his staff from front office to the nurses he has in back give great service!!!! Always gets you in soon as possible for appointment!!! You couldn't ask for a better medical facility.
