Quiet, basic, simple, easy and relaxing!! As a camper you have access to the showers and more but as a daytime visitor only access to restrooms not showers but basically all the same as the campers!! It was a close get away for the kids and I at the time!! We enjoyed our times spent their!!

Arrived late, in the rain, and very very dark. Kind Host helped us back in. Site was flat with light gravel. Next morning we realized what an awesome park this was. We will be back! Bathrooms were very very clean.

Mostly Sandy sites, but with nicely paved roads to all camp sites. Lovely Tall Pine trees and set above a small River, with steps down to the river and quite a few trials. Excellent friendly helpful staff. Great WiFi (unheard of for a state park) with water electric sites. Good hot showers.

Very small, yet very nice state park. The park Rangers and the camp host were extremely pleasent and very helpful. The reason I gave this 4 star instead of 5 was due to half of the campsites being about 20 ft from a major road and the traffic is very loud. Make sure to stay in one of the higher numbered sites if you go here.

Just minutes off 95 so it was a great place for us to stop for the night on our way south. Next time we’ll plan to stay a couple days. Only downside is the traffic noise.
