This is Palmetto Parcels. Make sure you get a receipt. I used to send items back under warranty here and they would print out a label and box it and charge that company. When I went this past week I was told by three young girls working it would cost me $10 just to print out a label emailed to them. That's not including box and foam peanuts. We need a real UPS STORE. I'm not paying for something that's an Amazon exchange. Amazon covers all that.
