Hill tire is a great place to have your automobile worked on. They do great work and are reasonably priced.
If it’s something other than tires don’t let them touch it with a 10 ft. Pole. Personal friend of mine went to go get an oil change for his SPORTS car with $8000+ in engine work. They left the dipstick out of all things. Oil is everywhere and they say oh it didn’t hurt and you still have SOME OIL. When explaining he deserves an oil change or at the very least his bay to be cleaned (seeing as it is literally drenched in oil), I believe it was a man by the name of Joey hill, provided some extremely snark responses where a simple no would suffice. If you actually want you car to work after you change something other than tires or breaks do it yourself or go to someone that isn’t them, they later quoted us on rebuilding the entire suspension just to raise it aroun 1 1/2 inches, it has 32-way fully adjustable coilovers and I made this known before they quoted me. They overcharge for labor and attempt to overchargefor parts and replace items that don’t need to be. Seriously, only buy their tires and ask an actual mechanic about hill tire’s “5 star auto mechanics”.
Stopped in 13 minutes before they closed on a cross country move towing a trailer after the check engine light came on. No local auto parts stores could help figure out why it threw a code or what that was because my truck is a 94. The service manager saw the power steering pump had residue and sent us on our way with a bottle of fluid and some good advice for free. Southern charm. Thanks!
I was on the way home from a trip and had to make an emergency stop. Both the service manager and the manager on duty went above and beyond to help me out. I was even offered to bring my family and large pet dog inside in the waiting area if needed. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had me back on my way in a few hours! It was a welcomed relief for someone who was out of town and had no previous experience with this company! Thanks again!
My wife, 2 dogs, & I were driving home to Cleveland, Ohio after a vacation in Florida when a tire blew on I-95 on a Saturday. We received prompt and friendly service. They suggested places we could hang out with our dogs so that we'd all be comfortable while we waited. They got us in quickly, gave us a few discounts, and back on the road in less than than hour. They did not pressure us to buy more services and checked over the whole car to make sure we'd make it all the way home without issue.
