Thanks to Tommy's auto and diesel repair I was back on the road within 45 minutes...the tech came out and fixed my flat front tire in no time at all......all they had to do was take my front tire off and put MY new front that I already had waiting back on....bad thing was it cost 375.00 just for 45 minutes of work in which I also assisted.....and I was no further than 5to8 miles away.....

Do I think they are the cheapest? No, but Melissa in dispatch was so nice and very thorough. In terms of getting tires fixed in a quick and timely manner, they did great. I would rather pay the extra money to get my truck back on the road quicker than wait an extra 2 hours for Loves to come and fix a tire.
I would definitely recommend if you're in a pinch and need your truck back on the road quickly to call Tommies!
DO NOT EVER use this place if you break down in South Carolina! I can guarantee you find a better deal elsewhere! Not only are they WAY over priced, but they promise the job to be done in 1 day and ends up taking 6 days fix things!!!! THEN, even though they take credit card payments, they refused to take a credit card payment on my bill. They pick and choose who can pay by credit card . They told me to send a certified/cashiers check and that the truck and my driver will not be able to leave for 3 more days until the payment is received.. Lets put it this way, they refuse to allow a customers to pay by credit card if they know they’ve done a horrible job and they don’t want you to dispute their charges. We Will be filing a complaint with the state of South Carolina.
Listen, I don't know what planet these negative posts are coming from, but let me tell you about my experience. I called Tommie late at night because our diesel motor home was limping down the highway. He was unbelievably courteous and helpful and gave me advice on where to go and what to look at to fix it. He said all the techs were gone so I would have to go elsewhere. I told him our family was trying to get home. After an hour of him walking me through the problem over the phone, he called in his techs and they fixed my problem that night. UNBELIEVABLE. SERVICE. LIKE. YOU'VE. NEVER. SEEN.
They definitely over charge I usually don't leave reviews. But I spoke with a dispatcher because I broke down and when I heard the price I was like no way..so I called myself just to make sure they was told the right equipment. I only have a 3500 dually truck 43 ft trailer I was told 555 bucks for the tow not including any services..upon trying to clarify my equipment dispatcher hung up in my face..lucky she did because I was gonna bite the bullet and pay the money..but I'm glad they won't be getting any of my money..555 dollars for a tow not including what they have to fix..that is ridiculous..
