Been here for almost 2 hours for a oil change. The women at the counter are rude, giving me dirty looks . When I asked about my car I was ignored or turned their back on me while talking.
Very slow service and slightly high prices but should be better.
Worst service ,with one car before mine for a oil change when I arrived. Was told after 2 hours another car was put ahead of mine. Three hours now, another 20 mins for the manager to come sign the sticker for oil change and 15 for him to sign it. He walked out as I asked if I could talk w him he brushed past me as he said bye to the whomever was behind the desk.
Its Seems the people they know are getting work done faster.
This is the worst Walmart auto center I've ever been to and I travel the US for a living. The lady is rude. The service is slow. I pulled into the line by the bay and the guys were just hanging out doing nothing and the tire change still took forever. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Decent tires...wait time and mechanical knowledge I give an F...both wheel bearings were bad and they didn't notice or say anything about it. Plus one of my new tires has a slow leak 2 days after install it's half flat
IT TOOK 2 AND A HALF HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE WHEN ONLY ONE CAR WAS AHEAD OF ME. I WATCHED THE GUYS STAND AROUND AND TALK. NO MANAGER OR NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO THEM. AN OIL CHANGE TAKES ABOUT 20 MINS MAX. NEVER AGAIN AND ONLY GIVING ONE STAR SO I CAN POST MY REVIEW
Stressed out and in pain for having to sit on metal open design benches. .Never again.
