Not a great experience at this Hardee's, unfortunately. The bathroom wasn't very clean (I've see worse, though) and the staff lost track of my order and I stood around for 10 minutes before getting fed up and asking what was going on. They realized they had set my bag off to the side and forgotten about it. To their credit, they did make me a fresh burger for my troubles, and the food was very good. Still, I would not stop at this Hardee's again unless I see the reviews trending up.
They werent busy..we ordered thru drivethru 2 hot ham n cheese.. Order was cold (cheese was hard) Had 2 ppl in the lobby eating.. girls at the counter were very nice but man doing the sandwiches was very rude running his mouth about the sandwich was fresh. I said it was cold when i got it n thats why im bringing it back for ones that are fresh. He continued running his mouth. Will not go back again!!
The food was basically good. The service that's another story when you can have people down talk you over a simple question of is that my order I'd put myself in check. Customer service is about a smile and being gracious and communication and understanding your customers feelings. Instead I got scolded as if I was a 4 year old cuz I wasn't sure if that was my order welcome to the South I guess. Whatever happened to Southern Hospitality they lost it at Hardee's
Love coming to this hardees. We come on the weekends to get a cheap and delishous breakfast platter. Its a huge meal for $4. We sometimes come during the week and get the $5 allstar meal, which is quite large as well. Always tastes good. Great customer service, guy named Anthony who works the drive thru is always nice and helpful.
They take forever to get your food but nice staff and the food was as good as any other fast food joint.
