The only reason I chose one star was because there was no option for 0. I have never hated a hotel or the manager so much. We are here on business and are staying for a while and this was the cheapest hotel. We have 2 dogs which they know about so we were put in a dog room. There is grass right in front of our room and NO signs saying they are not allowed to potty there. We were told once to not let our dogs potty there so we stopped. I let my little dog out to play every now and then and they got made about it. The manager told the front desk person to kick us out without a reason. After talking to the manager he threatened to call the cops if we did not leave when we were packing our things. He is the crappiest manager ever....so rude.
one star for the front desk attendant very polite and kind and one for the water softner, Toilet doesn't flush and roaches in the bathroom area, quality of cleanness not good stained quilt dirt on the floor ect.. , phone doesn't work so I can't call the front desk . A bit pricey for it’s quality, to tired to walk to the front desk after a 16 hour drive. wont be staying here again.
just did an overnight due to heavy traffic using the coupon book. the room was clean, staff friendly, bed comfortable, hot shower and free breakfast was great. good value & very satisfied for just stopping off I-95.
You get what you pay for.... the ceilings have mold on them. There's tiny little bugs throughout the room. Although the staff are nice and courteous.
Absolutely Terrible! Evacuating Florida Hurricane and stranded in Georgia. Called this hotel after seeing availability and made a reservation. Drove Hours to get there just to be seated for an hour while they "Cleaned" our room. Gave us the key and went to room to find a dog and clothing strewn about. Went back to desk and told them, they just said "Oh, I guess they decided to stay another night", cancelled our reservation and left us out cold. Called Corp to complain and desk wouldn't even take their call. NEVER AGAIN!
