We pulled off the road late one evening after being on the road headed home. It was nice they let us bring our dog because of a storm evacuation in effect. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Breakfast on the morning was also convenient. Only dislike I had were the pillows but that's just because I am picky about my pillow.
Great place! We stayed at 4 different Holiday Inn Express over our round trip from Florida to Maryland and back. Never had an issue! Everyone is nice and helpful and everything is clean and provided for! Even breakfast is good!
We've stayed in cleaner rooms. The bed was firmer than what we like. There was dust bunnies every where. If it were not for the fact that we were so tired we would not have stayed there.
Holiday Inn Express has proven to be a consistently clean, well maintained and comfortable place to stay. Room was neat, clean and the a/c kept the room very comfy. Bathroom was clean safe well. Plenty of towels. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
We have traveled the same route and have stayed here two times. The desk personnel were extremely nice and accommodating. The room was clean and up to date. We have chosen H I EXPRESS because we haven't been disappointed yet.
